Oldmics. I don't know IF the retainer you're looking at is exactly the same as the one that Barry L and Pat Fleischman reported on last year. The thread is informative and will point you to some things to look at. Ted had some rear seal related comments he made, too. IF you need a replacement retainer for your build, I'm sure that one of us can supply you with one.

Oldmics. I just checked eBay. The eBay item number is the same as what oldcarmark noted in his inquiry here on the Forum a year ago and the seller is the same out of CA. What I can't speak to is whether any tooling or programming change has been made to what he is offering for sale.

Thanks for the link Charlie.
I did do a search first before posting my question about the retainer and came up empty.I have the stock retainers for all of my 312 future builds and was just looking for something that was better.
