I just installed a 1954 y block 239 in a 1954 f100 truck with standard 3speed transmission. I am going out of my mind trying to figure out how to connect the right side throttle to the gas pedal. Does anybody have a picture of the linkage setup on thier truck? I purchased the linkage that bolts on the rear of the engine but there is a gap of about 1" between the gas pedal connecting rod and the linkage from the carb. Any help would be appreciated!

The linkage from the gas peddle fastens on the firewall then goes to the carb. I think you have car linkage.

I'll take some pictures for you. May not get them posted today though.

1st time to try posting pictures directly from IPad mini. Ignore the outer 2 carbs, your linkage would go to the center carb also.
