Hello to all of you, I've been running across this site for a while now as I google for different Y questions. Found a lot of great information on here and finally decided to become one of the elite. Let see I have a '56 Ford Mainline with a 292 punched out 30, cammed and tweaked with a 3 speed and stock (horribly geared) rear end, Aerostar springs up front and blocks in the back. I'll get around to posting a pic soon enough. But enough about me. I'm just glad to be here.

Welcome, always like to see new members. Sounds like a great 56, and like a lot of our member cars, for fun, not restoration. Although restoration is good, too.
Where abouts are you located?

I'm in central California. And yes absolutely for fun, if your not having fun then what's the point right? Thank you kindly for the welcoming response miker.

I know the engine looks orange but it is in fact red.

Very nice! Is the front Aerostars only? Looks a little lower than I've seen.

No it has those 1" blocks in the front too. Well for now it does but I'm jerking those out soon, it's too much really.

Welcome aboard. I also am running the 1" blocks and found that they alone lowered the front end a little too much. Might look at the Aerostar springs. Is there any specific year?

MoonShadow I believe it's mid to late 90's Aerostar springs. There are other threads on this if you do a search. But I believe it's mid to late 90's.

Moog CC850 is the part number for the Aerostar coils you will want.

Thanks, I just checked them out at my parts supplier and found them at $75 a pair. Not bad at all.
