It is actually a relist. The fist time it got to around $2400 and didn't meet reserve. I would love to put that in my unibody. Although I'm pretty sure I can't afford it.

I just upped my wife's life insurance. Do you think it would be too soon to get the money? Could I settle the claim in time? ![Smile](http://forums.y-blocksforever.com/Skins/Classic/Images/EmotIcons/Smile.gif)

I have a second hilborn setup that I'm thinking about selling. I need to dig it out and see what all I have. I will be putting it on eBay in the next few weeks and will let the forum guys know when I do. It will be at a low reserve . I don't want to sell it beforehand but will let it go to highest bidder. Hi Larry, do you need something? Trade?
Thanks Cliff

Cliff, Don't really need anything. Money I get for injection is going to help pay labor on Dragster. I'll put photos on here before I put it on e bay. The unit doesn't have a pump with it, however every used pump I ever got had to be sent back to Hilborn for rebuild and calibration. It was cheaper to buy a new pump from them. It does have everything else, barrel value, stacks etc. Larry Short

Cliff, You must be from the school of - He who dies with the most toys WINS !!! I just e-mailed Hilborn about the units. I have # 176 (on Dragster) and # 141 (going to sell) Going to see what kind of paperwork they might have on units ? They rebuilt my distributor drive Hilborn fuel pump for me and told me they still have everything needed for these units.
What one of your Dragsters have the Y-Block in it ? Just kidding, Love your garage. Larry Short

He who dies with the most toys is dead, and his wife lives a great life with the money she gets from selling all his toys !!! By the way the toys she sells for all that money are the same toys she told him not to buy in the first place.

Larry, How do you end up with unit #176 if only 144 were made? there has to be more to this story, what number did they start with?

I'm not sure how many units were made. I doubt Hilborn started with the number 1 on the first unit . I sent them an e-mail requesting info about the units but they are at the Indy trade show this weekend. Said they would get back to me Monday. I'll ask them how they number units and how many were made. When Mike checked for the numbers for me he said same number was on each side, only were marked L and R . Larry Short

I received the above sheets from Hilborn this morning. They haven't gotten back to me about how many units were produced or how they numbered them. As soon as they do I will pass it on. I looked at the paper work on the one on eBay and it looks like Hilborn went to a form sheet to keep tract of injection units in later years. kinda neat to know how it was built and where it went ! Hi Bill , What you say sounds like it makes sense. How did you get your info ? I'm waiting to hear back from Hilborn to see what they say. The guy that has one for sale on eBay said his is #218 and it was the 118th unit produced out of a total of 144 made, doesn't sound right to me . If what your saying is right mine would be the 41 and 76 unit made. Or from 1957 to 1960 they only sold 35 units for the Y-Block. Thanks for your input , how about some photos of your injection. Larry Short Larry, been around along time and learned the info as i went, along with others and as you are doing, so non of this is new to me, it is a knownfact of the numbering system , and fellow injection guys share the same view. Richard stuck, who ,im, not sure if on here has the Battle bird clone and has a set for sale and a set modified to EFI . see him on f/book.
