 I need a complete rear end,third member or ring and pinion set for a 49-55 passenger car. I broke a ring gear 3 days ago.Can anyone help me?Thanks.

The best you're going to do for a stock rear end is 3.22 (1956 auto) or 3,31 (1951 thru 1955 auto) If you use the 56 rear you have to use the 56 axles or change the spider gears to 49/55 gears.

The nearest ratio I have is a 1955  3.55, shipping would be from Ohio so probably fairly high
