How do you guys get the video clip to embed in the actual post you put in the forum? I know how to put a link in a post and of course photos but I have never been successful on putting up videos inside the posts...

Hi Daniel,
I tried posting yesterday and could only do this by setting up a YouTube account and then posting a link to the video. I would have preferred inserting a video like we can with pictures but that doesn't seem to be an option.

Daniel, have you seen posts that had a video attached? Sure would be nice to do it that way.

That is exactly what I am referring to... I can put a link in any post I make, but I would like to be able to have the actual video viewed right here on the forum while inside the post itself.

I don't think there is an option to upload a video, as there is for pictures, but you can insert Youtube and Vimeo videos. Under Insert> Insert Video, paste the URL and click add video.

Thanks Charlie, I will try that tonight. For some reason the post you made has a large white box and then a small black circle in the upper left hand corner??

I don't see what you see. A thumbnail of the Hoosier Hurricane with a play button in the center is what I see.
