I know, I know, I am offloading stuff out of the shop, but I need to get my father-in-law's car "brake worthy" before I leave. Anyone using this?

It seems like a good deal, but I was wondering if anyone on the site is using this current setup in their car. I have a 55 Ford Fairlane - was this a pretty straightforward install? How did the unit hold up?

Do some research and you'll find that drum braks stop faster than disks,.Go with hard linning and a bower booster.

Lou, this is a for a full drum setup, not disc brakes

In the 50s there was a booster mounted on the inner fender on FoMoCo and GM cars that my have been a dealer add on, I can't remember the who made it but it was simple to install and worked very well.

I i tryed the setup(1 1/8) master cyl when i had my 32ford,it never worked to my likeing. presently on my 57ranchero i have a 15/16 bore dual master with a singl booster 9/inch. it works well not,disk brakes. was a chor to mount. previously tryed the t bird remote,it was more touble than its worth,plus parts wher higher than gold.(567type) and you cant use dual master
