57 Fairlane owners, how about a suggestion for shocks...

now that Daniel's off to college in his Monterey, its time to turn attention back to my Fairlane and I'm interested in suggestions for shocks...

don't do racing, mudding, hillclimbing, etc...

just wanting to firm up my ride quality and cut down on the leans going around corners...

oh, and it would be nice to be an "affordable" shock as well.

any ideas?

Ranchero and wagon are different than passenger cars.  Different upper mounts.

Yes, fronts are the same mounting, all models except F series trucks.  Rears have different top mountings.
