It's not really a barn find , just sitting in front of my barn . Got it as part of a few cars I bought from a collector who moved out of the area . I am far too busy and have too nicer rides . This 58 is really complete and ready restore , or spend a little time to make into a driver. The bottom is about 95% rust free underneath . The only issue is a patched floor under the drivers feet ,near the pedals. The worse rust is the original rocker panels , I bought new rockers that go with it. The other collector had it running and driving . Put front disc brakes , dual brake master cylinder and proportioning valve . The rear is 3.56 ratio . The 292 is a 2 barrel . I have lots of photos , located in Sparta , tn. 38583 price $ 3,200 Forgot , the bed is pretty good ,tailgate works good too ! Paint job is old and crappy . Sounds like a great deal. People around my area would easily ask for more than twice what you're asking for something way worse.
