I went to fix the saggy drivers door hinges on my 55 mainline 4 door yesterday.I found the lower"washer" on the himge pin to be non removable! -thats the one with what look like 3 pin spanner holes in it.I finally  got the pins out and bored the holes round in the hinge and turned up a couple of bushings on the lathe. Can anyone tell me what the normal hinge repair procedure is??

I am not sure about your car, but the t-bird supply houses carry kits to drill out and install bushings in the hinge so it uses a standard size pin.  You might look for some bushings that might work for the work you have done, or make some out of bronze. just some random info.

Ford and aftermarket make kits, I bought a set for my 86 F-150 from NAPA in the late 90's
